From Value-wise ConvNets to Signal-wise Transformers: Toward LLM-inspired Architectures for Vectorized Data

The study explores adapting Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly transformer-based architectures, to process continuous signal data. It proposes representing signals as vectorized tokens input into transformers, redesigning core components like embeddings, self-attention, and feedforward layers for efficiency and effectiveness, and using the model’s output head to generate meaningful vector representations for signal processing applications.

Empowering Digital Twins with AI Generative Models

Digital twins are virtual representations of physical systems that reflect real-time behavior, performance, and status. Powered by sensor networks, these twins receive continuous data streams that mirror real-world conditions. Integrating AI generative models enables the creation of synthetic data and simulation of complex scenarios, enhancing prediction, optimization, and decision-making capabilities within the digital twin framework. This work explores the integration of AI generative models with digital twins—virtual counterparts of physical systems that rely on sensor networks for real-time data input.

Dear Authors,

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your cooperation. The final results of the papers are now available through the conference management system.

  1. Please revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments to improve its quality.

  2. Please upload the registration payment receipt to the conference system and inform us of your presentation type (on-site or virtual) via email.

  3. For submitting the final version and preparing the IEEE copyright form, please wait for an email from the conference secretariat. Further information will be announced through the News section and via email.

Thank you,
Conference Secretariat

Dear Authors,

Please be informed that all papers with confirmed final acceptance must be prepared strictly according to the official conference template and uploaded through the conference system within the specified deadline.

Failure to follow the required template will result in the paper not being indexed in IEEE Xplore, and the full responsibility for non-indexing will rest with the authors.

The official conference template can be downloaded from the conference website.

Thank you for your kind cooperation.
