Guidelines for Paper Submission
- Each paper must be submitted, and if accepted, must be registered by one of the authors of the paper. For including in the conference proceeding and indexing, the paper must be presented according to the schedule of the conference.
- Please prepare your paper according to the template given in the ICSPIS webpage
- Please sign up for an account in the user portal in order to submit your paper.
- All submitted papers should be with a maximum length of 5 pages for English papers. Additional page(s) (up to 3 pages) with an over-length page(s) charge is accepted.
- The charge for the extra page(s) can be seen on the Registration Fees page.
- Submitted papers must comply with IEEE plagiarism policy and procedures (https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism.html).
