Registration Fees

The regitration fee of the ICSPIS2024 for international participants is as given in the following table which is in US Dollar.
Domestic participants (participants from Iran) must refer to the Persian website for registration.

Please note that:

Paper submission is free of charge for international participants.
An author is considered as international if he/she is affiliated with an institution outside of Iran.
The max number of pages of each paper is 5. For each extra page (up to 3 pages), a fee of 20 USD will be charged.
All the mentioned costs have a 50% discount for foreign participants who participate in the conference virtually (This is just available for the paper presentation of non-domestic authors).
International attendees who may not be able to pay the registration fees through bank transfer (for any reason), should contact “icspis@shahroodut.ac.ir”. Please put “International Participant (PAPER ID)”, where “PAPER ID” is the ID of your paper, in the subject title of your email.
For the registration fee payment method, the corresponding author will be contacted by email.
