The respected authors of the papers are informed that the presentation of the papers should be in the format accepted by the conference. To get the paper presentation template file, refer to the conference site, Paper Submission menu, and click on Templates for paper presentation (Powerpoint Files).
It should be noted that each paper will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
Participants who are unable to attend the conference in person are required to create and submit a 15-minute video presentation. Please upload your video to your Google Drive and send us the link via email at mailto:icspis@shahroodut.ac.ir. Make sure to use the subject line "Video File for Presentation". Additionally, you should be available (in a virtual session) for a Q&A session following your presentation, as per the conference schedule. Your participation is essential for the indexing of your paper.
The conference schedule will be announced later in the ICSPIS 2025 webpage.
Note: Attending the conference is in person; however, we have provided virtual sessions only for paper presentation of non-domestic authors.
